Project 365: Day 202

Aw, look how cute they are! All in charge and stuff.

 The remnants of my SLs.
And Low Brass rocking out.

Yay, hockey, yay band! Ok, this game was actually really bad for watching hockey. The team had a big ol' letdown game after Friday's big win. But I had a good time, and took lots of photos! More on facebook, too... And for those of you nostalgic for the band, I also took a little video. I can't say too much for it, as it was taken with my camera standing between Low Brass and KBB....

Project 365: Day 201

Today was AJ and my first anniversary! I'm sorta gonna cheat, here, though-- because I got in wicked late from my train, I'm going to use a cute picture of us from later in the weekend.

Woo! Day 200! Crazy.
We were in the computer lab, scanning our Egyptian homework, and I found some sweet art.

Project 365: Day 199

Dad sent me a package with awesome stuff in it. Perhaps the most awesome is this screaming, flying monkey.

Project 365: Day 198

Aw! Lauren and Grace's class sent me the sweetest card thanking me for coming to teach them about Egypt. :-D

Project 365: Day 196

Not exactly awesome, but it's the last day before the semester starts.

Project 365: Day 193

A screenshot from one of my student videos. As a final project, three groups made me videos, and I wish I could share them with you. (Sadly, I can't.) But they were awesome.

Project 365: Day 186

I destroyed the kitchen to make dinner, but I must say, it was delicious.

As was the Ommegang imported from New York. :-)

Project 365: Day 182

A bit blurry, but it was a nice place, so no flash. Happy birthday, Maggie! :-)

And this was really the highlight. God, I love Baltimore sometimes!

Project 365: Day 180

Hello Panda!
We went to H-Mart (which was absolutely AMAZING, omg) and got a lot of Asian/azn stuff. Including these Korean (?) Koala Yummy knock-offs, which were delicious.

Project 365: Day 179

Ok, sorry-- cop-out picture.

Today was the end of the first week of my Intersession class. The first day was a bit rocky, but things really picked up on days 2 and 3! And because I didn't remember to take an actual photo in my classroom, you get pictures from my powerpoint. :-)

AJ was making cookies. Look at all that yellow!

Project 365: Day 177

Frankly, it's a sign of the times when my orange juice wants me to follow it on Twitter. Srsly.

Project 365: Day 176

Apologies for this sorta mediocre picture, but it was taken with my touch-screen camera with gloves on (hence the lack of zoom, etc). But in case you can't tell, it's two tow-trucks lined up on Charles street waiting for the clock to strike 4. Then, exactly then. those cars in front of the trucks are toast. It's quite amazing, really, as long as it isn't your car....

Project 365: Day 175

An awesome Christmas present from Lynn. :-)

Project 365: Day 174

Flying over Colorado (perhaps?) in the early evening. I'm pretty sure there are clouds and mountains in there if you look hard enough.

Project 365: Day 173

Wearing AJ's mom's geisha wig.
